DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ( Applicable on Packages )
A deposit of $400.00 USD ( except airfare ) is due within 10 days after the date you booked your trip. Any booking without the requested deposit after 10 days shall not be considered as confirmed and it may be cancelled, in the event another party requests a partial or entire time frame. Deposits are refundable upon receipt of written notice of cancellation prior to 60 days of the intended date of travel, less a cancellation fee of $100 per person due to administrative services. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date. Balances are due 60 days in advance and prior to the arrival date and are naturally subject to the terms, conditions and policies of BASSELSALTO.COM. No refunds will be eligible in the event of a No-Show.
Any bookings received within 60 days of the travel dates must be paid in full within 10 days of the date of booking and it is subject to the policies of BASSELSALTO.COM. No refunds will be eligible in the event of a No-Show.
Any and all changes made by the client to the originally requested and thus scheduled itinerary may incur in additional cost(s), and these will be confirmed according to current availability and prices, and such cost(s) will be assessed and billed accordingly to the customer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• No refund for unused services.
• No refund due to Weather conditions. We will try to re-schedule the trip according to current availability and airline confirmation.
• El Salto Adventures acting as an agent making this/these arrangement(s), does not assume any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, etc.; nor any additional expenses, delays or rerouting or acts of any government or authority.
DISPUTES:
All claims, legal and otherwise, against El Salto Adventures, its officers, directors, agents, employees, affiliated companies, heirs and assignees arising under, in connection with, or incident to these POLICIES, shall be determined according to the laws of the State of Sinaloa in México and shall be adjudicated in the Courts within the jurisdictional geographic boundaries of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México, to the exclusion of the courts of any other county, state or country.
In the event that one or more of the provisions of these POLICIES, for any reason, are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision within this agreement and this agreement shall be determined as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

El Salto Adventures dba basselsalto.com is not responsible for any inconveniences that may arise due to last minute booking or changes in itinerary (airline, transfers, hotels, etc.), lost of luggage, lost of Gear & Tackle, etc. Rest assured, we will do whatever it takes to assist you the best way we can and additional costs will be paid by the customer. POLICIES APPLICABLE ON DAY TRIPS
A deposit of $300.00 USD is due within 10 days after the date you booked your trip. Any booking without the requested deposit after 10 days shall not be considered as confirmed and it may be cancelled, in the event another party requests a partial or entire time frame.
Deposits on Day Trips are fully refundable when cancelling 40 days in advance and prior to the scheduled date. 50% refund when cancelled 39 to 20 days prior the scheduled date. No refund from 19 to 1 days prior to the scheduled date. No refund in case of a NO SHOW.
In case of change of dates, these will be made according to current availability.
